摘要:
针对油井洗井等常规作业中入井液漏失地层,造成地层发生油水乳化、粘土膨胀、水锁等储层污染,油井投产后长时间才能恢复油井产能的问题,筛选出了一种油溶性暂堵剂JA-1,在室内与常规药剂、区块水样进行了配伍实验,且对暂堵剂封堵解堵效果进行了研究。实验结果表明,该暂堵剂与油田常规防膨剂、区块水样等配伍性好,封堵强度高,封堵率可达95%以上,同时也易快速解堵,解堵率达95%以上。
Abstract:
The working fluid leaking into the formation in the conventional workover jobs such as oil well hot washing can cause the formation damage of oil-water emulsification,clay swelling,water blocking,etc.So the well production is recovered for long time after putting into production.Aiming at this problem,a kind of oil soluble temporary blocking agent,JA-1 was developed.In lab,it was carried out the compatibility of JA-1 with the conventional agents and water samples from target blocks.And then it was evaluated the effect of blocking and plug removal of JA-1.Experimental results indicated that JA-1 has a good compatibility with the conventional anti-swelling agents and water samples from target blocks.The blocking strength is high with a blocking rate of more than 95%.Meanwhile the blockage can be easily removed with a plug removal rate of more than 95%.
