摘要:
库车山前致密砂岩凝析气藏兼具低渗致密气藏与凝析气藏的特点,储层物性差,水锁强,在一定温压条件下,地层易发生反凝析现象,造成油锁伤害; 且地层伊/蒙混层及丝片状、毛发状伊利石含量高,水敏性强。这些特点成为储层改造的难点。对于低渗致密凝析气藏,目前常规压裂技术设计与施工工艺普遍缺乏针对性,压裂效果差。为此,根据该区块特点,采用自生热增能压裂液,优化黏土稳定剂、防液锁剂、防乳破乳剂等关键添加剂的配方,并对压裂设计、返排工艺进行优化,现场实施效果良好,实现了对该储层的高效低伤害改造。
Abstract:
The tight sandstone condensate gas reservoir in Kuqa foreland has features of poor reservoir property,strong water lock damage,high content of illite-smectite mixed-layer mineral and filamentous hair-like illite,and strong water sensitivity. Because of small difference between formation pressure and dew point pressure,paraffin precipitation is occurred in production testing,which causes retrograde condensation and fluid-blocking damage. This will bring a great challenge to reservoir stimulation. At present,the fracturing technology for such complex gas reservoirs is not mature.Based on the features of study reservoir,by using in-situ generating heat and increasing energy fracturing fluid,screening on key additives of clay stabilizer, water blocking prevention agent, demulsifier, etc.,and optimizing the design of fracturing and the flowback technology,it has been realized high efficiency and low damage stimulation of reservoir.
