摘要:
长庆油田因治理水淹长停井为主要目的的套管开窗侧钻井,由于地层出水情况严重,给钻完井作业带来极大挑战,尤其是后续需要对储层进行压裂改造,对固井质量提出更高要求,因此,固井作业成为侧钻井在长庆油田推广应用的技术关键。通过封隔式尾管悬挂器、粘结式套管扶正器、韧性水泥浆体系等一系列固井技术的研究攻关与探索,总结出了一套适合长庆油田的开窗侧钻小井眼窄间隙固井技术,现场经过多口井的应用,固井质量满足完井及试采要求,为后续压裂改造和注水区含水、气油层长期安全开发提供了良好的井筒条件。
Abstract:
Casing window sidetracking drilling is mainly used to treat watered out wells with long time shut-down in Changqing Oilfield. This brings huge challenges to drilling and completion operations due to serious water production of formation. In particular,after the drilling and completion operations, the reservoirs are need to be reconstructed by fracturing. There are higher requirements for cementing quality. Therefore, the cementing operation becomes one of key technologies of sidetracking drilling in Changqing Oilfield. Through studying a series of cementing techniques, such as packer liner-hanger,bond casing centralizer and toughness slurry system,it was explored and summarized a set of slim-hole cementing technique of narrow clearance for casing window sidetracking wells,which is suitable for Changqing Oilfield.The cementing quality can meet the requirements of completion and test production after the application of several wells. And a good wellbore condition can be provided for the subsequent fracturing reconstruction and the long-term safe development of water and gas reservoir in the injection zone.
