针对油田系统中有害微生物硫酸盐还原菌大量滋生,引起腐蚀结垢的现状,开展中低温除硫防腐菌的分离、筛选工作,并对筛选到的除硫防腐菌进行了分子鉴定。16S rDNA鉴定结果表明,除硫防腐菌CL-1为巨大芽孢杆菌,是一种反硝化细菌,是硫酸盐还原菌的竞争抑制菌。它生长旺盛、繁殖速度快,能有效利用无机氮源,抑制硫酸盐还原菌的生长繁殖。

According to the current situation of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) breeding in oil field system and causing corrosion and scaling,it was carried out the isolation and screening work of sulfur removal and anti-corrosion bacteria at medium and low temperature,and molecular identification of the selected sulfur removal and anti-corrosion bacteria. The results of 16S rDNA showed that CL-1 as a bacillus megatherium is a denitrifying bacterium,and a competitive inhibitor of SRB. It can effectively utilize inorganic nitrogen sources and inhibit the growth and reproduction of SRB.
