摘要:
针对T油田套管开窗侧钻井施工难点,在T油田7口套管开窗侧钻水平井的施工中,通过精心准备井筒条件、优选高效、快速作业的斜向器系统,确保了套管开窗侧钻施工的顺利进行;施工中应用Power Drive Archer旋转导向系统及高效钻头,优化施工参数,在提高钻井时效、确保井眼轨迹平滑、精确钻穿薄油层等方面的效果十分明显。
Abstract:
In order to overcome the challenges of sidetracking with casing windows in the T Oilfield,the smooth progress of the casing window sidetracking was assured in 7 horizontal wells by careful preparation of wellbore conditions and optimization of effective and fast-operating whipstock systems. The Power Drive Archer rotary steerable system and high-efficiency drill bits were used in the construction,and the effect was very obvious in improving drilling efficiency,ensuring smooth wellbore trajectory,and accurately drilling through thin oil layers by optimizing the construction parameters.
