针对常规方法无法准确预测渤海稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐采出程度的问题,以LD稠油油藏实际参数为基础,建立蒸汽吞吐油藏模型,分别从注采工艺与地质油藏特征两方面,研究了12项参数对热采效果的影响,采用正交试验方法,根据单因素的影响显著性分析结果,得到了影响蒸汽吞吐开发效果的6个关键参数:最小井底流压、注汽强度、注汽干度、岩石压缩系数、有效储层厚度、流度。采用多元非线性回归分析,最终得到了综合考虑油藏特征与热采工作制度的采出程度预测方法。LD油田实际蒸汽吞吐效果验证了该方法的可靠性,研究成果可用于指导渤海稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐效果预测。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that conventional methods can not accurately predict the recovery degree of steam huff and puff in Bohai heavy oil reservoirs, based on the actual parameters of LD heavy oil reservoir, a steam huff and puff reservoir model was established. The effect of 12 parameters on the effect of thermal recovery was studied from two aspects: injection and production process and geological reservoir characteristics, respectively. Using the orthogonal test method, based on the results of the single factor significance analysis, six key parameters affecting the development effect of steam stimulation were obtained: minimum bottom hole flow pressure, steam injection intensity, steam injection dryness, rock compression coefficient, effective reservoir thickness, and mobility. Using multiple nonlinear regression analyses, the recovery degree prediction method considering reservoir characteristics and thermal recovery system was finally obtained. The actual steam huff and puff effect of the LD oilfield has verified the reliability of the method, and the research results can be used to guide the prediction of the steam huff and puff effect of the Bohai heavy oil reservoir.
