徐闻X3井是中石化部署在迈陈凹陷的一口高温多目标深探定向井。地质设计垂深5 100 m以上,井底闭合位移大于1 894 m,三个靶点中靶要求均高于行业标准,预测最高井底温度超过188 ℃。在国内无高温工具、仪器的情况下,使用常规定向井装备进行轨迹控制难以准确中靶。为此,开展了分析研究:提出并研究了工程控制靶点的概念及实施方法。通过对现有工具、仪器性能和地层自然造斜规律的分析研究,建立了计算模型,在该井二、三靶之间研究确定了一个工程控制靶点,辅助轨迹控制,实现了三个高难度靶点的准确中靶,为此类高难度定向井的轨迹控制探索出了新的方法。
Abstract:
Well Xuwen X3 is a multi-objective directional well having high-temperature and ultra-deep,which is located in Maichen Sag.The geological design of the well includes a bottom hole closure distance of 1,894 m,vertical depth more than 5,100 m,a forecasted bottom hole temperature of 188 ℃,and three targets,hitting requirements of which are higher than that of the petroleum industry standard.In the absence of high temperature tools,it is difficult to hit target accurately by using ordinary directional tools. On the basis of analytical investigation,we proposed out the concept and conduction method of engineering targets. According to performance of existing tools and the formation natural deflecting law,a new computing model was set up.Between the second and the third target of the well,one engineering control target,which helps control trajectory,was determined to realize the accurate hitting of the three high difficulty targets.This provides a new method for the trajectory control of the kind of high difficulty direction wells.
