摘要:
注水压力高,注水量达不到开发配注要求是各大油田存在的普遍问题。阐述了注水井压裂的必要性和纤维复合固砂压裂机理。通过建立数学模型,对注水井施工参数(裂缝长度、砂量)进行优化,得到适合注水井的压裂规模; 优选了纤维浓度,对固结剂进行了性能评价。研究成果对提高注水井注入量,降低注水压力提供了重要指导。
Abstract:
There are generally high injection pressure and lower than designed water volume of injection wells in major oilfields.This paper expounds the necessity of fracturing for injection wells and mechanisms of fracturing with fiber composite sand consolidation.By establishing the mathematical model,operation parameters of fracturing,including length and sand volume,were optimized to obtain an appropriate fracturing scale for injection wells.The fiber concentration was optimized and the performance of consolidation agent was evaluated.The research results can provide important guides for improving water volume and decreasing injection pressure of injection wells.
