摘要:
应用三轴岩石强度测试仪RTR-1000实验研究现有钻井液及改进钻井液体系对阜宁组泥页岩力学性质和强度特性的影响,并计算比较其对坍塌压力的影响,优选出能够降低地层坍塌压力的钻井液体系。实验所用岩心为苏北阜宁组露头岩心,实验结果表明:在钻井液中加入聚合醇或聚醚多元醇产品,利用其浊点效应对地层进行封堵,改进后的钻井液体系能够提高地层岩石的强度,降低地层坍塌压力(当量钻井液密度)0.19~0.30 g/cm3,扩大了安全钻井液密度范围。
Abstract:
In order to optimize a drilling fluid formula,which can decrease the collapse pressure of shale formation,the triaxial rock strength test device,RTR-1000,was operated to study the effect of current and polyether polyol type drilling fluid on mechanic property,strength behavior and collapse pressure.The experimental outcrop cores were taken from Funing Formation in Jiangsu Oilfield.Experimental results show that when polyalcohol polyol or polyether product was added in drilling fluid,the improved drilling fluid which can plug the formation by its turbidity point effect,can increase the rock strength and reduce the collapse pressure,namely equivalent drilling fluid density,by 0.19-0.30 g/cm3.As a result,the improved fluid can expand the range of safety drilling fluid density.
