摘要:
油气井压力控制技术是实现钻井安全的一项关键技术,而作为井控核心的二次井控技术,目前还有许多方面需要改进和完善。在分析当前压井技术缺陷的基础上,对压井过程进行了优化,设计了压井监控系统,并开发了压井过程模拟及监控软件。通过实验室模拟验证,该系统可很好地解决人为操作、计算误差、延迟时间等带来的压井问题,实现压井过程的自动、准确和安全控制。
Abstract:
The oil or gas well pressure control technology is a key one for realizing drilling safety and considered as a core one of secondary well control.At present,the technology still needs to be improved in many aspects.On the basis of analyzing defects of current well-killing technologies,we optimized the well-killing process,designed the monitoring system for the well-killing process,and developed the simulation and monitoring software for the well-killing process.Eexperimental results indicate that the system,which realizes the automatic,accurate and safe control for the killing process,is a good solution to well-killing problems due to man-made operation,calculation error,and delay time.
