摘要:
针对JS油田在中深井固井中存在的问题,以及油田开发中采用稳产增产措施对中深井固井质量提出的更高要求,在室内进行了大量的实验研究,优选出防窜、防水泥石脆裂的“双防”水泥浆体系。现场应用表明:该水泥浆体系具有良好的稳定性、较好的失水控制能力和很好的防窜效果,水泥环具有良好的韧性,可实现不同层系之间,尤其是薄油层之间的有效封隔,提高JS油田中深井固井质量。
Abstract:
Aiming at some problems in the mid-deep well cementing of JS oilfield,as well as higher requirements of oilfield stimulation for cementing quality,a very large number of experiments were carried out.Finally,a slurry system having channeling prevention and cement embrittlement prevention,which is designated by the name of the “double prevention” slurry system,was screened.The field applications show that the slurry system has good performance including stability,water loss control,channeling prevention,and cement tenacity.It can realize the effective containment between different series of strata,particularly between thin oil layers.As a result,the slurry system improves the cementing quality of mid-deep wells in JS oilfield.
