摘要:
针对江苏ShaN低渗透油藏非均质性强、物性差、孔隙结构复杂、水驱采收率较低的问题,开展了粘稳型表面活性剂HLX1和驱油表面活性剂HLX2的界面张力、吸附、乳化、防膨和驱油室内评价试验。根据试验结果进行了表面活性剂驱注入工艺优化,设计1.5%HLX1为前置防膨段塞,0.3%HLX2为驱油主段塞,在SN7-33井进行表活剂驱油现场试验,取得了增油降水效果。
Abstract:
Aiming at the low permeability reservoir ShaN’s problems such as strong heterogeneity,poor reservoir property,complicated pore structure and lower waterflooding oil recovery,some experiments were performed to evaluate the interfacial tension,adsorption,emulsification,anti-swelling,and oil displacement efficiency of the two surfactants,HLX1 and HLX2.On the basis of evaluation results,the displacement scheme was optimized,which is a prepad slug with a 1.5% of the anti-swelling surfactant HLX1 solution,a main slug with a 0.3% of the oil-displacing surfactant HLX2 solution,and the subsequent waterflooding.A pilot of the surfactant flooding was implemented in the well SN7-33.The pilot showed a promising result.
