摘要:
义123-1块目的层埋深3384~3757m,属中低孔特低渗油藏,采用常规直井压裂开发,产量递减快,效果差。针对埋藏深、温度高、油层多且薄的问题,通过对地质条件的分析,确定了技术的可行性,通过对井眼垂向位置、段间距、压裂规模、裸眼分段工具等的优化以及连续混配型压裂液的研制,形成了水平井裸眼封隔器+投球滑套多级分段压裂技术,并成功应用于该区块。目前已成功实施12井次,均自喷生产,累计产油32067t,压后产量达到同区块直井的5~6倍,取得了较好的增产效果。
Abstract:
The target reservoir in block Y123-1,buried in depth from 3,384 to 3,757 meters,belongs to low porosity and low permeability ones.If the conventional fracturing technology for vertical well is used,it will be shown that rapid decline in production and bad development effect.Aiming at problems in deep buried,high temperature,and multiple thin layers,through analyzing geological conditions,the feasibility of fracturing technology was discussed.Based on parameter optimization such as vertical position of borehole,section space,fracturing scale and open-hole staged tools,and the development of continuously mixing fracturing fluid,the multistage fracturing technology by open-hole packer and ball sliding sleeve for horizontal wells was formed.The technology was successfully applied in 12 wells in the block.After fracturing,average production rate of 12 wells was 5 to 6 times than that of vertical well in the block,and in flowing production.Up to now,cumulative oil production is 32,067t,showing good yield-increasing production.
