摘要:
一些特殊性油藏注水井由于注水压力高,PI值高,油水井间窜流严重,目前常用的颗粒型堵剂注不进或污染油层,凝胶型强度低堵不住水道。以丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺为主剂,研制出DHG-1和HHG-1两种新型缓凝高强度调堵剂。在70℃条件下,两种堵剂初始成胶时间由几小时延长至5d以上,终凝强度分别达到3.8×104mPa·s和1.2×104mPa·s。室内堵塞率均大于95%,通过控制注入速度,堵剂可优先进入高渗目的层,各项技术参数可满足特殊性油藏调堵的需要。两种体系单独或复合应用于韦5-8等4口井的调堵试验,措施成功率100%,已累计增油1992.3t。
Abstract:
There are high injection pressure,big PI value of injection wells,and serious channeling between oil and water wells in some special reservoirs.In these reservoirs,the common type of particle plugging agent can pollute or not be injected into the reservoirs,and the gel plugging agent can not plug water channels because of lower strength.Thus,two new types of plugging agents with delayed cross-linking and high strength,respectively called DHG-1 and HHG-1,were developed,which consis of acrylamide and polyacrylamide.Under the condition of 70 ℃,the initial gel times were extended from several hours to more than 5 days,and the final strengths were respectively 3.8×104 mPa·s and 1.4×104 mPa·s for the two systems.The lab experiments indicated that the blocking rates of the two plugging agents were more than 95%,and the plugging agent can have priority in entering the high permeability layer by controlling the injection rate,and the technical parameters can meet the needs of the special reservoirs.These two systems had been applied alone or compositely in 5 wells such as W5-8 well .The success rate of measures was 100%,and had a cumulative incremental oil of 1992.3 tons.
