摘要:
吉林油田松辽盆地南部长岭断陷登娄库组和营城组地层富含泥岩,易吸水膨胀,造成井眼垮塌等复杂情况发生,在现场聚磺钾盐钻井液的基础上,使用研制的胺基抑制剂FYZ-1进一步提高钻井液的抑制性能,有效抑制膨润土分散,岩心一次回收率由776%提高至951%。在长深登平26井和长深平14井等6口井进行了现场应用,结果表明,胺基抑制剂FYZ-1可有效解决坍塌、掉块等复杂情况,保证了长水平段安全、顺利钻进。
Abstract:
The Denglouku and Yingcheng Formation,which belong to Changling Fault in southern Songliao Basin of Jilin Oilfield,are rich in mudstone which hydrates and swells easily,leading hole shrinkage,collapse and other complicated problems.On the base of polysulfide potassium drilling fluid used at rig site,we added some concentration of polyamine shale inhibitor FYZ-1 to improve further inhibition.The data showed that the core recovery rate increased from 77.6% to 95.1%,moreover,it kept bentonite away from dispersion dramatically.This kind of shale inhibitor was already utilized in 6 wells.The results showed that polyamine shale inhibitor FYZ-1 has excellent inhibition,which can solve the well wall collapse,rock-fall and other complex problems effectively,to assure the safety of drilling in the long horizontal section.
