摘要:
以气制油为基础开发研究了一套高密度合成基钻井液体系,并将该体系在泰国的风险探井Chatturat-3井进行了现场应用。结果表明:该合成基钻井液体系抑制性强,携砂能力好,润滑性优良,性能稳定。机械钻速与相邻区块同井段相比提高16%,且无毒、能生物降解,与地层不产生水敏作用,有利于保护油气层和井壁稳定。
Abstract:
Based on gas to liquids,it was developed a set of high-desity synthetic based drilling fluid system.And the drilling fluid system was applied in the Chatturat-3 risk exploration well,Thailand.The field test results showed that the drilling fluid system has strong inhibition capability,good proppant-carrying capacity,excellent lubricity,and stable performance.Compared with the same well interval in the adjacent block,the mechanical drilling rate was increased by 16%.And the drilling fluid system is nontoxic,biodegradable,and non water-sensitivity of formation,which is beneficial for the reservoir protection and borehole stability.
