摘要:
在传统插管采油卡堵水工艺的基础上,通过对可取式坐封桥塞、采油插管及配套工具的技术改进和功能整合,研发了坐封、插管、下泵仅需下一躺管柱的一体化采油工艺技术。现场应用表明,该技术在对套损井,尤其是对套管大段破漏或多点出水的问题油井生产治理方面,可简化作业工序,缩短作业时间,减少作业费用,并且规避了传统插管采油工艺在插管入槽时可能出现的异物堵塞问题,降低了作业风险。
Abstract:
Based on the conventional intubation oil production and water plugging technology,through improving and integrating removable setting bridge plug,oil intubation and supporting tools,the integrated intubation oil production technology was developed,which can realize setting,intubation,pump in one trip.For the casing damage wells,especially having leak of large casing section or yielding water at multi-points,the technology can further simplify the working procedure,shorten operation time,and reduce operation cost.It can also avoid the foreign matter blockage problem in cannula into the slot which may be appeared in the conventional process,and reduce the operation risk.
