徐闻地区是江苏油田重点勘探开发新区,该区油藏埋藏深,地温梯度高,地层压力系统复杂,非均质性强; 深部地层可钻性差,泥岩井壁易失稳,钻井周期长,复杂时效高,机械钻速低。开展了复合有机盐聚胺低渗透钻井液研究,现场试验6口井,平均机械钻速由2.40 m/h提升到5.53 m/h,复杂故障时效由原来的8.26%下降到2.91%,钻井提速提效效果显著。
Abstract:
Xuwen area is a major exploration and development area of Jiangsu Oilfield.The reservoirs in the area have characteristics of deep buried depth,high geothermal gradient,complex formation pressure system,strong heterogeneity,poor drillability of deep formation,easy instability of mudstone borehole,long drilling cycle,high complexity aging,low rate of penetration(ROP),and so on.It was studied on the composite organic salt polyamine drilling fluid for low-permeable reservoirs.And then the drilling fluid was applied in 6 wells.The test results showed that the average ROP was increased from 2.4 m / h to 5.53 m / h,and the complex fault aging was dropped from original 8.26% to 2.91%,obtaining remarkable effect on improvement of drilling speed and efficiency.
