摘要:
针对空心单管分层注聚工艺在注聚井多层分注应用中存在的测试结果前后差异大、测调图版通用性差等问题,开展了单管分层注聚测调工艺优化研究,根据注入情况,分析计算不同聚合物的注入粘度和测调曲线的偏移量,修正测调图版。现场应用结果表明:改进后的工艺测调成功率提高36%,层段合格率提高22%,有效降低了测调费用和工作量,对注聚区的稳定开发具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of separate-layer polymer injection by single hollow tube,such as big differences before and after testing,poor universality of testing charts,the testing process was optimized.According to the injection conditions,the viscosity of various polymer solutions and the offset of testing curves were analyzed and calculated to amend the testing charts.The field application results showed that after improving testing process,the testing success rate and the qualified rate of separate-layer were increased by 36% and 22%,respectively.Thus this can reduce effectively the cost and workload of testing,which is significant to the stable development of the polymer injection area.
