摘要:
本文通过X射线多晶衍射、红外光谱和热失重分析方法,研究了聚醚多元醇与膨润土之间的作用机理。结果表明,聚醚多元醇通过醚键与膨润土中的硅氧键结合,插层到膨润土层间,将膨润土层间水分子挤出来,从而减小层间距,抑制了膨润土的水化与分散。同时发现,将聚醚多元醇与氯化钾复合作用于膨润土,其抑制作用比单独使用更强。采用聚醚多元醇页岩回收率实验进行对比,发现本实验结论与其一致。
Abstract:
The inhibition mechanism of polyether polyol on bentonite hydration was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis methods.The results showed that the treating agent intercalated into the interlayer of bentonite through ether bond combined with silicon oxygen bond in bentonite.Since water molecules of the bentonite were extruded to reduce interlay spacing,the polyether polyol inhibited the hydration and dispersion of bentonite.At the same time,it was found that the inhibitory effect of the polyether polyol and potassium chloride compound on the bentonite is stronger than one of polyether polyol.Comparing with the shale recovery experiments,experiment conclusions are a good agreement with those from bentonit experiments.
