摘要:
伊朗雅达油田是目前世界范围内为数不多尚未开发的千万吨级整装陆上油田之一,具有高温、高压、高产、含硫和高含沥青的特点,开发难度大,成本极高。出于完井工艺需求和井筒完整性考虑,钢丝作业是必不可少的选择。F23井在试油时,为获取井底流动压力和静压力,用钢丝下入电子压力计,中途遇卡,先后经过多次震击、剪断钢丝、盲锤砸钢丝等手段打捞钢丝无效,后下铅模再次遇卡,最终采用连续油管与钢丝联合作业,打捞出全部钢丝和两串落鱼。这种处理方式对以后该油田的钢丝作业具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Yada Oilfield of Iran is one of the ten million ton onshore monoblock oilfield which is still undeveloped in the world wide.There are HTHP,high production rate,high content H2S and high condensate asphalt for the vertical production well F23,which increase the difficulty and cost of the development.The slickline operation is necessary in consideration of completion process requirement and wellbore integrity.In order to obtain bottom hole flowing pressure and static pressure during well test,the slickline was stuck during running pressure gauge with slickline,it took complex processes to deal with the stuck,such as jarring up and down,cutting slickline,blind hammer to cut slickline,and running in lead stamp,etc.,finally coiled tubing and slickline worked together to overcome the problem and fish out all stuck fishes.It will provide some means of use for reference for dealing with such kinds of completion accidents.
