摘要:
聚合物化学凝胶在封堵裂缝型、孔洞型漏失方面具有良好的封堵效果,凝胶的性能直接影响到堵漏效果。对影响CUGB-LJ聚合物凝胶胶凝时间的CUGB-LJ溶液浓度、胶凝比、温度、pH值等因素进行了分析研究。认为凝胶受CUGB-LJ溶液浓度、胶凝比、温度的影响变化趋势一致,规律性较强:浓度越高,胶凝时间越短,形成强度越强; 胶凝比越大,胶凝速度越快,形成强度越强; 升高温度可明显缩短凝胶的胶凝时间,形成强度越强。三个影响因素中温度影响最为明显,当温度较高时,浓度和胶凝比对胶凝时间的影响趋于平缓。同时,聚合物凝胶的胶凝时间随着pH值的升高而缩短,形成的凝胶强度越强。聚合物凝胶具有较好的抗盐、抗钙污染能力。
Abstract:
The polymer gel has a good sealing effect on the mud loss control(MLC)of fracture type and void type.The polymer gel property has a direct influence on the sealing effect.It was carried out study on influencing factors of the solution concentration of polymer gel CUGB-LJ,gel ratio,temperature,and pH value,etc.The results indicated that the gel concentration,gel ratio and temperature have similar influencing change tendencies.The higher the concentration of polymer gel,the shorter the gelling time,and the stronger the gel strength is.The bigger the gel ratio,the faster the gelling speed,and the stronger the gel strength is.The increase in temperature can obviously shorten the gelling time and form a stronger strength gel.Among three factors,temperature is the most obvious.Under the condition of high temperature,the effect of gel ratio and concentration on gelling time becomes flat.Meanwhile,with the increase in pH value,the gelling time becomes shorter and the gel strength becomes stronger.The polymer gel has good salt tolerance and calcium resistance.
