摘要:
通过水敏评价实验、高倍数水洗实验、水洗前后岩心核磁共振实验和一维水驱油实验,研究了乌石17-2油田流三段低渗砂砾岩油藏水敏机理及油水两相渗流特征。研究结果表明:储层岩心水敏严重,液相渗透率损失率高,水敏伤害主要发生在水驱早期; 水敏机理主要为粘土中的伊利石遇水时受剪切作用产生的颗粒剥离、脱落和运移引起的孔喉堵塞以及粘土矿物自身的水化膨胀作用,并以前者为主。受储层强水敏伤害和强非均质性影响,实验室注水压差较大,水驱油效率较低,两相共渗区较窄,水相相渗曲线始终“抬不起头”,无水采油期短,含水率上升快,提液效果差,两相渗流阻力大,水驱油效果较差。
Abstract:
Through water sensitivity evaluation experiment,large numbers of PV water flooded core experiment,core NMR experiment before and after waterflooding,and one-dimension water flooded core experiment,it was carried out study on the effect of water sensitivity on oil-water flow characteristics and its mechanism for the third member of Liu Formation in WS17-2 low-permeability glutenite reservoir.Experimental results showed that the reservoir core has serious water sensitivity and high loss rate of water permeability,and then the water sensitivity was occurred at the early stage of waterflooding.There are two main mechanisms of water sensitivity.One is the stripping,falling off,migration and plugging of illite particles under shearing action after contacting with water.The other is the hydration and swelling of clay minerals after contacting with water.The former is dominant.Because of the strong water sensitivity damage and severe heterogeneity,there are bigger injection pressure,lower water displacing oil efficiency,narrow oil-water simultaneous vadose region,water phase permeability curve without rising,shorter water-free production period,rapid water cut rising,poor extraction liquid effect,large two-phase percolating resistance,and bad water displacing oil efficiency.
