摘要:
现有高压自封装置不能防管柱偏磨,易造成密封失效; 且结构复杂、重量大、高度过高,造成井口安装与操作不方便。针对此问题,研制了可调偏高压自封装置,采用整体式胶芯、对半式壳体结构,设有调偏机构。经现场应用表明,该装置具备高压自封功能,安装方便、轻巧实用、可调偏、密封效果好,能满足冲砂施工中密封井口要求。
Abstract:
The existing HP(high pressure)self-sealing device can not prevent the eccentric wear of tubing string,which can cause the seal failure.In addition,it is difficult to install and operate the wellhead due to its overhigh height,very heavy weight,and complicated structure.To resolve these problems,an adjustable HP self-sealing device was developed.The device was designed with integral stripper,half-and-half type shell and adjusting mechanism.The field application showed that this device has not only HP self-sealing function,but also the characteristic of light and practical,adjustable eccentric,good sealing effect and easy to installation,which can fully meet the requirement of wellhead sealing during the operation of sand washing.
