摘要:
江苏油田气田进入有水开发阶段,部分气井在井筒、井口及地面流程设备等处出现天然气水合物冻堵的现象,严重影响气井的正常生产。针对此问题,以肖8井和盐城1-2井为样本,综合天然气组分、压力场和温度场、产水量、产出水矿化度等静态因素以及气流速度、温降速率、压力降幅等动态因素,对天然气水合物形成进行了研究; 通过对比评价,筛选出最优的水合物抑制剂; 采用配套工艺系统,有效地抑制了气井水合物的形成,解决了水合物冻堵影响气井生产的难题,对气井保护性开采及提高采收率起到了重要作用。
Abstract:
As gasfields of Jiangsu Oilfield entered the waterthrough development period, the frozen plugging phenomena of nature gas hydrate occurred at wellhole, wellhead and ground process equipment of some gas wells, which seriously influenced the gas well production. Aiming at the problem, taking Xiao8 well and Yancheng1-2 well as examples,the static factors such as gas composition, pressure field and temperature field, water production, and the salinity of the produced water, etc., and dynamic factors of gas flow rate, temperature and pressure reduction rate, etc. were combined to carry out the study of nature gas hydrate formation. Based on the comparative evaluation, the best hydrate inhibitor was found. With the use of corresponding technology, the formation of hydrate in gas well was effectively inhibited. The technology can play an important role in protective production and improving recovery rate of gas wells.
