摘要:
针对大斜度分注工艺测调成功率低、测调效率低、测调工作量大等问题,开展了同心测调一体化工艺研究,研制了同心可调配水器,开发了与之配套分层测控仪器,形成了一套适用于大斜度井分注的测、调联作技术,提高了油田的分层注水工艺水平。现场实施了11口井,测调成功率达到100%,分注层段合格率达到93.3%,减少了测调工作量69.5%。
Abstract:
There is low success rate, low efficiency, and big workload in the testing allocation technology for high deviation separating injection wells. Aiming at these problems, it was carried out study on the concentric testing allocation integrated technology. And then the concentric adjustable allocator and the corresponding measure and control device were developed. Thus it was formed the testing allocation integrated technology for high deviation separating injection wells, improving the level of water injection technology. The pilot results of 10 wells show that the success rate of testing allocation reaches to 100%, the qualification rate is 93.3%, and the workload is reduced by 69.5%.
