摘要:
江苏油田地下含油断块“小、碎、贫、散”,地面水网、村镇密集,两者间的矛盾常导致井口无法布置。为此提出反向造斜轨道剖面、定向井高造斜率轨道剖面和利用报废井钻新井等优化设计方法,探讨了3种设计轨道在LX44井、H68-3井、Xu36A井的优化思路。实施结果表明:3种轨道设计优化可以降低施工难度和成本,解决复杂条件下无法实施的技术难题,对于同类油气井的钻井设计具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
In Jiangsu Oilfield, there are small, fragmentary, poor and scattered oil-bearing blocks. And the network of rivers and villages are also crowded together. As a result, the well heads can not be selected effectively. In order to solve the problem, it was proposed the optimum design methods such as the inversely building angle track, the trajectory profile of directional well with a high building rate and the new hole drilled in abandoned well. It was discussed the optimization ideas for three types of design trajectory profiles, which have been used in wells such as LX44, H68-3 and Xu36A. The results showed that the three types of design trajectory profiles can reduce the difficulty and cost of construction and solve the technological problems under the complex condition. It has certain guiding significance for drilling design of similar oil-gas wells.
