摘要:
针对常规酸化存在作业程序繁琐、作业时间长、作业环境要求高、施工费用高等问题。以W2区块目标井岩样为研究对象,结合在线酸化要求,通过体系性能的评价,研制出一种新型的在线酸化体系FH-1。室内评价结果表明,FH-1具有较好的配伍性、缓速性能、抑制二次沉淀性能、岩心溶蚀性及缓蚀性能,能满足在线酸化施工要求。在线酸化体系FH-1在江苏油田成功应用30井次,措施有效率96.7%,施工后平均单井注水压力下降4.5 MPa,单井增注24 m3/d,降压增注效果显著,与常规酸化相比,平均单井施工总费用节约10~15万元。
Abstract:
To address the problems in conventional acidizing, such as complicated process, long operation time, high requirements for conduction condition, difficulty in treatment coordination, high cost, and so on, using core samples from W2 block in Jiangsu Oilfield, based on the performance evaluation, a novel online acidizing system FH-1 was proposed. Lab results showed that the FH-1 online acidizing system has excellent properties of compatibility with formation brine, retarded acidizing, inhibiting secondary precipitation, core solubility, and corrosion inhibition. The FH-1 online acidizing technology was successfully applied in 30 wells in Jiangsu Oilfield.The field results showed that the effective rate is 96.7%; the water injection pressure was reduced by 4.5 MPa, with an increased volume rate of 24 m3/d. Compared with the conventional acidizing, the cost of single well was saved by 100 to 150 thousand Yuan RMB.
