摘要:
在老区油田开发中,小井眼注水井数量不断增加,这类井分注及测调工艺配套程度低,受井筒尺寸的限制,分注工具加工难度大、分层测调工具对接困难、测调效率低、测调工作量大,无法满足油藏精细注水要求。为此进行了小井眼分注井测调一体化技术研究,研制了小直径配水器、小直径封隔器,并配套了相关的测控仪器,形成了一套适用于95 mm小井眼井的分注及测调技术,并在沙埝、富民、陈堡油田侧钻小井眼井现场应用,较好地满足了小井眼井分注及测调的需要。
Abstract:
The investment of water injection in slim-holes are continuously increasing to meet the damand of reservoir development in old oilfield. The matching degree of this kind of separate injection well and measuring-adjusting technique is low. Due to the limitation of wellbore size, it is difficult to process separate injection tool, and the low efficiency and large workload of measurement and adjustment can not meet the requirement of fine water flooding. Therefore the study of slim hole injection well integrated logging and adjustment technology was conducted. We developed small diameter water distributor and small-size packer, matched a complete set of the relevant measurement and control instrument. A set of separate injection and measuring-adjusting technology suitable for the 95 mm slim hole has been developed and applied in five slim holes drilling of Shanian,Fumin and Chenbao Oilfield, which better meet the need of separate injection and adjustment in slim hole well.
