摘要:
方位伽马测量精度是反映方位伽马随钻测量工具性能优劣的关键技术指标,直接影响其对地层的辨识能力。基于自主研发的小尺寸随钻方位伽马工具,针对国内方位伽马随钻测量工具刻度及精度测试缺乏相关设备、方法、技术标准的现状,研制了方位伽马测试平台,建立了方位伽马随钻测量工具刻度及精度测试方法,完成了小尺寸方位伽马工具刻度和方位伽马测量精度测试室内实验,详细分析了影响刻度系数及方位伽马测量精度的因素,提出了今后的技术发展建议。
Abstract:
Azimuth gamma-ray measurement accuracy is a critical technical index to reflect the performance of azimuthal gamma-ray measurement while drilling(MWD) instrument,directly affecting its ability to identify formation. Based on the self-developed small-size azimuthal gamma-ray MWD instrument,aiming at the lack of relevant equipment,methods,and technical standards for azimuthal gamma-ray MWD instrument calibration and accuracy testing in China,an azimuthal gamma-ray testing platform was developed,and a calibration and accuracy test method for azimuthal gamma-ray MWD instrument was established. The laboratory experiments of small-size azimuthal gamma-ray instrument calibration and azimuthal gamma-ray measurement accuracy were completed. The factors affecting the calibration coefficient and azimuthal gamma-ray measurement accuracy were analyzed in detail,and suggestions for future technological development were proposed.
