摘要:
根据渗流力学理论、采气工艺原理,对注气井生产系统中流体运动规律作了全面分析,指出了解节点的设置需要满足的两个条件和生产协调点确定,推导了注气井流入、流出动态数学表达式,建立了注气井节点分析方法。经某油气田A17井的实际资料验证表明,该方法计算结果准确,注气能力预测值与实际值相比误差小,井口压力、油管直径和地层平均压力对注气能力的影响等因素分析符合注气井生产情况。该方法可用于注气系统注入能力预测、参数优化、配注方案编制等工作中。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of infiltration and the principle of gas production technology, the fluid motion law in the production system of gas injection well is analyzed comprehensively. The mathematical expression of inflow/outflow performance is derived, and the node analysis method for gas injection well is established. Through verifying the practical data from well A17 of a certain oil and gas field, it is demonstrated that calculation of this method is accurate and The influence such as wellhead pressure, tubing diameter and formation pressure on the injection capacity confirms to production situation of gas injection well. It can be used for injection capacity prediction, parameter optimization, injection allocation program designing of gas injection system.
