摘要:
为了量化能量在抽油机采油系统中传递和转化的损失,采用相关检测技术及相应的软硬件结构实时跟踪检测光杆载荷、位移、电机扭矩、角速度等同步数据,实现抽油机地面机械效率的同步检测,真实反映能量在皮带、减速箱、四连杆机构中传递的损耗情况。通过对抽油机地面机械效率同步检测装置的现场试验效果评价和测试数据分析,验证了相关理论研究,定量表示了电动机的传动效率对抽油机采油系统地面效率的影响程度和在运行过程中平衡块的储能变化。提出了系统的最优配置方案,从而改善抽油机性能,提高节能效果,为在不同开发阶段进行抽油设备配套和抽油机节能改造,降低采油成本,提供了检测手段和方法。
Abstract:
For the quantification of energy consumption loss during transmission and conversion in beam unit production system, the correlation detection technology and corresponding hardware and software structures have been used to detect the real-time synchronous data ,such as polished rod load, displacement, motor torque and angular speed ,so synchronous detection for the surface mechanical efficiency of beam units was achieved, and the energy loss in leather belt, in decelerator, in four links was expressed. Through field tests, effect evaluation and data analysis to the synchronous detection installations, and the relevant theories were confirmed. The influence of motor's drive efficiency to the pumping unit's surface efficiency and the stored energy change of balance weight in the operation were expressed .For correct type selection of oil pumping unit, better energy-saving effects and lower production costs in different developmental stages, the detection means and methods have been provided.
