摘要:
油井流入动态(IPR)曲线是油气层工作特性的综合反映,既是确定油井合理工作方式的依据,也是油井动态分析的基础。自Vogel提出IPR方法以来,通常应用沃格尔方程的几种演变形式预测油井产能,确定生产压差,达到充分发挥油层潜能﹑提高泵效的目的。现场实践表明,常规的流入动态曲线不能用于求取所有开发阶段的产能。在不同的开发阶段,须选择适应多相流体和多因素影响下的流入动态方程,预测不同流压、不同含水率下的油井产量。研究实例证明在满足油井协调的前提下,针对油藏和油井的实际情况,综合考虑泵效和经济效益因素,可确定合理的生产压差。
Abstract:
IPR curve is a comprehensive reflection of working characteristics of hydrocarbon reservoirs.It is not only the main reference for determining the reasonable operation mode,but also the base for well performance analysis. Since IPR mehod was proposed by Vogel,various transform equations of IPR were applied to predict production capacity,to determine the producing pressure drop,to explore the reservoir potential and improve pump efficiency.Field practices show that the conventional IPR curve could not be applied in all development phases. So a new inflow performance equation, which is suitable for multiphase flow and other influencing factors ,should be chosen to forecast the oil productivity in different flowing pressure and water cut in different phases. The reasonable producing pressure difference should be determined based on both pump efficiency and economic factors .
