摘要:
注水水质监测是油田开发的重要工作。实验室人工水质检测程序繁琐、取样代表性差、存在人为误差,且无法实时反映各个时段的注水水质情况。针对这个问题,研究了水中含油量和悬浮固体含量在线监测原理和方法,开发了水质在线监测系统。将在线监测结果同人工检测数据对比,两种方法水中含油量检测数据较为一致;悬浮固体含量检测结果趋势相同,能较准确地反映水质状况。在义65#站进行了现场试验和应用,检测准确度高,运行稳定。
Abstract:
Water injection quality monitoring is an important task for oilfield development.The manual water quality testing procedures in labs are cumbersome,the sampling representativeness is poor,there are human errors,and it can not reflect the water injection quality in various periods in real-time. Aiming at these problems,the principles and methods of online monitoring of oil and suspended solid contents in water have been studied,and an online monitoring system of water quality has been developed. Comparing the online monitoring results with the manual detection data,the two methods are more consistent with the oil content detection data;the suspended solids content detection results have the same trend,which can more accurately reflect the water quality status. The field test and application in 65# station have shown high detection accuracy and stable operation.
