摘要:
苏北盆地页岩油目的层主要为阜二段泥页岩,纵向非均质性较强、软硬交错,且层理裂缝较为发育,钻完井过程中面临着破岩效率低、井眼轨迹调整频繁和固井质量要求高等技术难题。通过开展地质工程协同优化井眼轨道、分层提速技术、激进式钻井水力参数、钻柱双向扭摆系统、白油基钻井液体系和双凝双密度弹韧性水泥浆体系等研究,在HY1HF井施工中取得较好的应用效果,形成了苏北盆地页岩油水平井钻完井关键技术,为后续页岩油资源的勘探开发提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:
The second member of the Funing Formation,primarily mud shale,has strong vertical heterogeneity,soft and hard interlacing,and well-developed bedding fractures. This layer is the target layer for shale oil in the Subei Basin. In the process of drilling and completion,there are technical challenges such as low rock-breaking efficiency,frequent correction of borehole trajectory,and high requirements for cementing quality. Good drilling results have been attained in the construction site of HY1HF well through extensive research and applications of new technologies,such as geological engineering collaborative optimization of borehole trajectory,layered formation-oriented speeding-up drilling,hydraulic parameters of radical drilling,two-way torsion system of drill string,white oil-based drilling fluid system,strong plugging with dual-setting dual-density elastic-ductile cement slurry,etc. Due to the project’s success,significant techniques for drilling and completing horizontal shale oil wells have been developed,which can provide a technical guide and support for future shale oil resource exploration and development.
