页岩气井的合理配产是影响气藏最终采收率的关键因素之一,尤其是针对快速上产的页岩气区,如何快速并准确地评价单井合理配产存在一定的难度。为了探索适合泸州地区页岩气井的生产全过程合理配产方法,首先针对页岩气井配产的三种方法推荐采用无阻流量配产系数法,然后根据泸州地区页岩气井的返排液量特征和生产特征,结合合理配产基本思路,典型井的合理配产分析,确定了“井口压降速率<0.1MPa/d、高水气比、产量波动不大于10%、大于临界携液流量”这四条投产初期配产原则。同时通过对比合理配产值和一点法计算的无阻流量的相关性来确定无阻流量的1/4~1/3作为投产初期的配产系数;在生产过程中采用压降产量动态配产法优化气井配产,也可采用两者兼顾的方法指导页岩气井合理配产。该配产方法在现场得到了广泛应用,取得了很好的效果,为泸州地区页岩气井的快速化、规模化上产开发提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:
The reasonable production allocation of shale gas wells is one of the key factors affecting the final recovery rate of the gas reservoir, especially in rapidly producing shale gas areas, and it is difficult to quickly and accurately evaluate the reasonable production allocation of individual wells. In order to explore the reasonable production allocation method for the whole production process of shale gas wells in the Luzhou area, the open flow production allocation coefficient method is first recommended for the three methods of production allocation in shale gas wells, and then based on the characteristics of backflow fluid volume and production characteristics of shale gas wells in Luzhou area, combined with the basic idea of reasonable production allocation, it is analyzed the rational production allocation of typical wells. It is determined the four production allocation principles of “wellhead pressure drop rate <0.1MPa/d, high water gas ratio, production fluctuation not greater than 10% and greater than the critical liquid carrying flow”. At the same time, by comparing the correlation between the reasonable production allocation value and the open flow rate calculated by the one-point method, one-quarter to one-third of the open flow rate is used as the distribution coefficient at the initial stage of production; the dynamic pressure drop production allocation method can be used to optimize the production allocation of gas wells during the production process, and both methods can also be used to guide the reasonable production allocation of shale gas wells. The reasonable production allocation method has been widely used in the field and has achieved good results, providing technical support for the rapid and large-scale production development of shale gas wells in the Luzhou area.
