摘要:
天长地区深层泥页岩钻井中发生井壁失稳,造成起下钻遇阻、长时间划眼、电测阻卡、填井侧钻等复杂事故,大幅增加钻探成本,影响钻井速度和电测资料的获取,延误该区深层油气藏勘探开发进程。为此,通过对已钻井资料及坍塌层组构特性分析,探讨了阜宁组泥页岩井壁失稳机理,研究提出整体抑制、分级封堵、协同增效的钻井液防塌对策。在室内研究基础上,采用聚胺、聚醚多元醇及纳米封堵剂与江苏油田常用复合金属离子聚合物钻井液体系复配,建立了强抑制强封堵聚醚醇胺钻井液体系配方。室内研究与现场应用表明,该体系能有效抑制天长地区深层阜宁组硬脆性泥页岩井壁失稳,为深层硬脆性泥页岩地层钻井施工提供了钻井液技术借鉴。
Abstract:
The instability of wellbore wall during drilling of deep shale in Tianchang area can cause complex accidents such as stacking off,long time redressing,plugging during electronic logging,filling well and sidetracking,and so on.This not only increases the drilling cost,but also affects the drilling rate and the acquisition of logging data and delays the process of exploration and development for oil and gas reservoirs in this area.According to the data of drilled wells and the characteristic analysis of rock fabric in collapsed layers,the mechanism of wellbore wall instability was discussed in Funing Formation shale.And then the specific drilling fluid was proposed as anti-collapsing measures.The drilling fluid system with strong inhibition and sealing property was developed,in which the normal compound metallic ions drilling fluid was compounded with polyamine,polyalcohol polyol,and nano-blogging agent.The results of lab and field indicated that the new drilling fluid can effectively inhibit the instability of borehole wall in Tianchang area and provide a technical reference of drilling fluid technology for drilling in the deep and hard brittle shale.
