摘要:
页岩油开发规模不断扩大,页岩油自喷生产阶段的套管清蜡技术已成为维持正常生产的关键。而通常的自喷井清蜡方法已不能满足套管自喷井清蜡要求。根据页岩油的结蜡特点及套管生产阶段特征,提出了套管清蜡两种现场工艺方案,对化学清蜡剂进行了室内优选实验,对大通径刮刀机械清蜡配套工具参数进行了优化处理,通过适应性评价,工艺简单,满足套管自喷井日常清蜡要求,现场应用效果良好。
Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of shale oil development scale,casing wax removal technology in the self-flowing stage of shale oil production has become a key measure to maintain normal production. However,the normal wax removal method can no longer meet the wax removal requirements of casing self-flowing well. Two on-site process schemes for casing wax removal were proposed based on the wax deposition characteristics of shale oil and the features of the casing production stage. The parameters of the large-diameter scraper mechanical wax removal tool have been optimized in the laboratory,as well as the chemical paraffin remover. The process is simple and can meet the normal wax removal requirements of casing self-flowing well,according to the adaptability evaluation.The field application has obtained good effects.
