HY1HF井是为落实高邮凹陷花庄构造阜二段页岩油储量的一口风险探井。侧钻过程中由于深度较深、井斜偏大、油基钻井液水泥塞胶结差等因素,第一趟1.5°单弯配合PDC钻头侧钻组合侧钻失败,更换1.75°单弯配合牙轮钻头组合并调整侧钻轨迹控制方式后侧钻成功。分析总结HY1HF井侧钻施工全过程的经验与教训,在侧钻工具、钻头、钻具组合、侧钻方式的选择等方面,为页岩油水平井大斜度深井侧钻提供了有益的借鉴。
Abstract:
HY1HF well is a risk exploration well for shale oil reserves in the second member of Funing Formation of Huazhuang structure in Gaoyou Sag. In the drilling process,lateral drilling is carried out due to the drilling deviation problem caused by faults. In the process of sidetracking,due to the deep kick-off point,large bore inclination,poor cement plug bonding of oil-based drilling fluid and other factors,the first round of sidetracking with a 1.5 degree single bend plus a PDC bit combination failed. The sidetrack was successful after drilling with the replacement of a combination of a 1.75 degree single bend plus a roller bit and the adjustment of sidetrack control mode. By analyzing the sidetracking construction of this well,a new understanding of the technical sequence of sidetracking of shale oil horizontal well with large deviation and deep drilling (the selection of sidetracking tools,drill bits,drill assemblies and sidetracking methods) is obtained,which has a good guiding and reference significance for the deep depth and high inclination sidetracking of a shale oil well.
