摘要:
信息化油田建设已成为大趋势,作为油藏开发关键参数之一的油井含水率,仍有依靠人工取样化验的情况,成为全面建成信息化油田的瓶颈。研究微波法油井含水在线监测技术,设计了一种油井含水监测装置,实时在线监测传输含水率数据,测量范围0~100%,绝对精确度在5%以内,在SD、ZC、NH、CX区块68口井成功应用。该技术清洁、安全、高效,对于油田开发具有重大意义,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:
The construction of informationized oilfields has become a big trend,as one of the key parameters of reservoir development,the water content of oil wells still relies on manual sampling and testing,which has become a bottleneck for the full completion of informationized oilfields. Researching the online monitoring technology of water content in oil wells by microwave method,it is designed a monitoring device for water content in oil wells,which can monitor and transmit water content data online in real-time. The measuring range is from 0% to 100%,and the absolute accuracy is less than 5%. This technology has been successfully applied to 68 wells in SD,ZC,NH,and CX blocks. The technology is clean,safe,and efficient,which is of great significance for oilfield development and has a broad application prospect.
